Cash On Delivery Service

You can now order online and pay cash at your doorstep!

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method in your local currency "PKR". While placing your order, choose 'Cash on Delivery' as your preferred payment method.

Please note:

  • Cash on Delivery is available on all items including Food and Non-Food products delivered by Macca Tower.
  • Product prices displayed on our website and app are final. However, prices may vary slightly due to market fluctuations on certain items.
  • Orders can be placed between 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day or next day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • We currently deliver within Lahore city only.

Delivery Charges:

  • FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000 within Lahore
  • Flat delivery charge of Rs. 285 on orders below Rs. 3,000

Self Pickup:

  • Available at our Macca Tower store, Manawan, Lahore
  • No delivery charges apply for self-pickup orders

Important Information:

  • Upon delivery, our rider will collect the due amount for the order total.
  • Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (PKR).
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our rider may not carry change for large amounts.
  • Please do not hand over cash to anyone other than our official Macca Tower delivery rider.
  • We do not process bulk buying online.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, hold or cancel an order if we deem necessary.

Returns & Refunds on COD Orders:

  • We accept returns only for expired, damaged, broken, or wrong products within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We prefer to replace the product rather than issue a refund.
  • In special cases, refunds will be adjusted in your next order or transferred to your bank account.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
