Q 1: How can I order? You can order easily using our website (maccatower.com) or our Macca Tower mobile app available on iOS and Android. When you find a product you need, add it to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp to your provided phone number. You can also track your orders through the Account section in our app.
Q 2: Why should I buy online? By ordering online you will get access to over 18,000 products at competitive prices and you will be able to go through the ordering process much faster from the comfort of your home. This is a huge time saver. We also provide same day and next day deliveries within Lahore.
Q 3: What payment methods can I use? Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) as our primary payment method. You can also pay via direct bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account. Please visit our Payment Information page for bank account details. Online payment methods may be added in the future.
Q 4: What are the delivery charges?
- FREE delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000 within Lahore
- Flat Rs. 185 delivery charge on orders below Rs. 3,000
- Self Pickup is available for free at our Macca Tower store, Manawan, Lahore
Q 5: Where do you deliver? We currently deliver within Lahore city. For areas outside Lahore, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4126061 to check availability.
Q 6: How long does delivery take? Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day or next day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Our delivery rider will contact you before delivery.
Q 7: Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4126061. After 1 hour, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already being processed. Please visit our Cancellation Policy page for further details.
Q 8: Can I pick up my order from the store? Yes! We offer self-pickup from our Macca Tower store in Manawan, Lahore. Simply select "Self Pickup" as your delivery method when placing your order. No delivery charges apply for self-pickup.
Q 9: How do I know if my product is eligible for an exchange or replacement? We accept returns and exchanges only for expired products, damaged or broken items, wrong products delivered, or missing items from your order. Please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for further details.
Q 10: How long do I have to request a return or replacement? You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4126061 with your order number and photos of the issue. After 24 hours, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Q 11: How do I create an account? You can create an account through our mobile app or website. Go to the Account section and click "Create Account", then fill in your name, email, phone number, and password. Your account will be created instantly and you can start shopping right away.
Q 12: How can I retrieve my password? If you forgot your password, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +92 324 4126061 and our team will help you reset your password.
Q 13: Is my information secure? Yes, our website is secured with SSL certificate and hosted on Shopify's secure platform. This means the information you input is encrypted and will not be available to third parties. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for more details on how we protect your data.
Q 14: Do you have a mobile app? Yes! The Macca Tower app is available for free on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). Download it for the best shopping experience with features like native search, push notifications, order tracking, and Face ID / Touch ID login.
Q 15: What is Macca Rewards? Macca Rewards is our loyalty program. You earn points on every purchase which you can redeem for discounts on future orders. You are automatically enrolled when you create an account.
